He is a rare early american bear

This bear is very loved with a wood wool stuffed head and a kapok stuffed body

z(1922) Roly. Showcased by Josie Rockett Synthetic I am pretty sure heRoly is showcased by Josie Rockett. Roly is a beautiful early ride on or pull toy bear. He is fixed onto a cast iron frame with cast iron wheels. He is made from mohair and his body is entirely wood wool filled. I gave him his glass eyes but it is possible that his original eyes may have been boot buttons?. I feel he is most likely british made, possibly Farnell or Chad Valley? I have never seen another like him and would love to know more about him
