The whistle measures 13" long with a diameter of  1 1/2" on the whistle tube

these signals have had 10mm steel base plate with gussets welded to allow for easy installation

though fortunately this set has escaped such hacking

Overall measurements are 5" across base and 4 1 8" high. Excellent polished Nickle plate.
