This 38cc reed has the new Fujiwara 40mm bore top end and our new V3 reed case. The V3 reed case has been completely redesigned with a new intake tract and a larger reed valve. V3 reed cases have the option of using the Fat Boy reed valve to run HDA series carbs. Between the new reed case and 40mm bore cylinder were seeing a massive increase in torque and mid range power compared to a 34cc. The OBR signature series
