It is velvety yet refined, with ripe fruit aromas, exotic spices and oak leading to an extended finish. It will develop in the bottle for 12 to 15 years.. Serve with game, red meat or strong cheeses. There is plenty of oak influence with notes of toast and menthol framing the spicy aromas of plum liqueur, violet and sandalwood.
