‘Owl’ You Need is Love Format:Acrylic I watched this snowy owlBuffalo Pound Lake, Saskatchewan In a hidden coulee on lands conserved by the Nature Conservancy of Canada, I spied through my binoculars something perched in a nest atop an old tree. I hiked through the forest to the base of the tree that held the nest. From the base of the tree, I could tell it was a great horned owls nest with owlets. Fortunately, I could set up a blind on one of the coulee slopes and have a great vantage into the nest bowl to
