Unfolds with care, extending the finish and leaving a long aftertaste of lemon, butterscotch and spice. Very nice, approachable, riper, sort of in your face Chassagne without the finesse complexity of Puligny. Should stand up to a lot of dishes, like it did tonight with pot stickers, and perfect with goat cheese for dessert.
