Alpamanta "Breva" Rose Bottle:1 a handcrafted perfectionA hazy and alluring bottling of Syrah rose with soft berry and pink lady apple notes. Biodynamically farmed Sauvignon from the Lujan de Cuyo sub region of Mendoza. Fermented with wild yeasts in concrete egg, bottled unfiltered and unfined without additives save a touch of sulfites. The yeasty sediment, which the winery suggests being shaken into suspension, adds to the rich texture of wine. Natural yet clean and precise, a very well made wine.
