Light to no oak, fresh crisp pineapple, lovely green apple aftertaste and mild acidity. Full yellow color, starts delicate on the nose, then the mild fruit sent hits the palate, with a moderate acidity. Aftertaste is intense and persistent, yet well balanced. I had it with shrimps and raw oysters and it was a nice pairing.
