Syltbar Prosecco 3 LTR Size:3 LT lead into a lushHailing from the DOCG hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, Syltbar Prosecco uses 100% Glera grapes hand harvested at dawn and gently whole cluster pressed to preserve purity. Primary fermentation occurs in stainless steel at 14 C, followed by a 60 day secondary Charmat fermentation at 13 C to develop fine mousse. The finished Prosecco is disgorged, lightly dosed, and packaged in handcrafted oak display cases, each sealed with a branded wax stamp. ABV:
