On the nose, this unaged rum has strong Grassy, Floral, Cane Juice aromas, with a hint of Banana. In the mouth, Light and mildly Citrus and a slight Nuttiness too. Perfect alone but excellent as base for your favourite cocktails Mojito or of course, that Madeiran favourite Poncha!
