This carefully oak aged wine is a blend of Cote d'Or and Cote Chalonnaise Pinot Noir. This is an incredibly fresh Chablis, brisk with green apples and pears, with just a hint of brown butter and a slight touch of toasty oak. Bright acidity gives the wine legs, though some meaty sausage notes on the
