The Wine cask maturation adds a Spicy notes to the Rum which is balanced out from the Tropical Fruits which are brought to the table from said Rum with Pineapple leading the way before Oak and Spice finish off

The Distillery was first operational in 2017 and combines both Traditional and Contemporary distillation approaches when producing their Whiskies

The Rum originates from the Caribbean but is blended in London without the use of any Sugar and relies on the original technique of resting in Oak

It is made from a mixture of a single malt whisky and a single grain whisky

They painstakingly and meticulously mill and mash single estate wheat from Diddly Squat and other British farms. Its then fermented and distilled in one of their beautifully engineered stills before adding purified water to create a vodka with an incredibly smooth, creamy texture. And theres just a hint of the grain from whence it came.
