This skin contact orange wine features a delicate floral, spicy bouquet, nice freshness and delicate tannins. Harvested by hand in September after from specifically selected grape bunches, the maceration of Pecorino grapes took place in concrete tanks for 2 weeks, the wine is aged for 3 months in oak barrels. Cadetto Orange is an excellent
