The image of a cat originates from a 20th century embroidered rushnyk from GUNIAs private archive. The plate is embellished with the word GUNIA, transliterated into Japanese. The indigo color, symbolic of Asian porcelain, is complemented by gold accents. Handcrafted, hand painted.
