Wanting to use the produce available from the farm itself we zeroed in on ginger & lime, which grows in abundance over there. Ashwin was kind enough to send us a bunch of just harvested young ginger and limes for us to play around with. What we came up with is a simple teacake packed with flavors of these two ingredients.
