It looks late 1930s to 1940s in style late Deco to retro with the double band and stylised braided head design, but there's a British patent mark (aka lozenge mark) inside the band that dates the registration of this specific design to 18th October, 1862. It's heavy and chunky, set with old mine cut diamonds flanking a central sapphire, and crafted in solid
