Sourced from hand harvested fruit and handled with real care from vineyard to cellar, its a wine that captures both precision and playfulness in equal measure. A short carbonic maceration of 710 days, using only indigenous yeasts and no added sulphur, draws out a vivid, unfiltered expression of the grape. The result is all about
