This expression was made by the Master Distillers Brian Kinsman who takes some of the Glenfiddich's highly peated Whisky and finishes it off in Specially selected South American Rum casks for a minimum of three months

To start with it is the first Single Malt produced by the Cotswold distillery team and is produced using fresh grown Barley from Cotswold! It is aged in ex bourbon and Red Wine casks! With a Sweet Dark Sugar to start shortly followed by a Fresh Spices and a Cinnamon and Caramel infusion!
