1928 $500 Federal Reserve Note, Richmond District - Fr. 2200-E DGS - PMG VF 20 Atlanta 1909-S VDB - NGC VFPleasing note with solid paper, no pinholes, and no tears. This note has a few trace rust stains on the obverse and reverse (noted on the reverse of the holder). The Richmond district printed 84,720 notes for the 1928 Series $500.
