They take their Original Gin and infuse it with Raspberries and Blackberries which allows for a much Fruitier Gin that has Bursts of Blackberries and Raspberries coming throughout which pairs well with a Premium Tonic or as the base for a Fruity Cocktail

135 East Hyogo Dry Gin 70cl Boe Apple and Lime GinThis exciting little tipple is brought to us by the Kaikyo distillery and is based on what they call the 'Hyogo' style, which is the balance between Dry Gin and Citrus, infused with Yuzu and Sansho Pepper. In total they use 8 botanicals for this Gin with 5 of these being the Japanese botanicals: Cedar, Shiso Leaf, Chrysanthenum, Yuzu and Sansho Pepper. The result is a Gin which is packed full of Citrus flavours with underlying Chili and Pepper Spice
