Cellar Capcanes, nestled in the hills at the southern end of Montsant, Catalunya, is spoilt for choice when it comes to terroirs: sandy, clay, limestone, slate. Each type produces a certain wine with certain characteristics. Aside from fruit smoothies, Sense Cap is lightly floral and herbaceous with an earthy yet crisp mouthfeel.
