The grandfather Gaston Parce, the village doctor, married Pauline Villarem in 1910. Her family first acquired vineyards in 1639. They subsequently build the Mas Blanc winery and Pauline gave birth their son Andre. Andre took great interest in wine and in promoting the appellations of Banyuls and Collioure. Dr. Andre Parce passed away in 1998 leaving one of his sons,
