Sailing out of the glass are black cherry liqueur, liquorice and dark plum scents followed by vanillin oak, hints of fennel and spicy pepper notes. Rich and concentrated the palate is soaked in opulence with black cherry, liquorice and black plum fruits overlaying toasty vanillin oak, earthy fennel and spice. Bright youthful acidity with ripe chewy tannins firming up the finish a touch.
