Aromas of ripe tropical fruit, toasted oak and vanilla, layered with raisin, dried fig and sweet sherry spice, plus hints of floral cane and nutty sweetness. Smooth and full bodied on the palate with caramelised banana, honey and dark chocolate, followed by stone fruit, candied orange peel and warming spice, finishing long and rich with depth and vibrancy.
