Ichiro's Chichibu On The Way 2024 Whisky 70cl 70cl A lovely fruity mulberry ginOn The Way 2024 is made from barley that has been 100% floor malted. Floor malting is a technique that has largely been abandoned due to the extensive amounts of manual labour and replaced by more efficient means. Chichibu used this artisanal process for this release as it enhances the flavour profile of the whisky, imparting a rich, nuanced character to the spirit reminiscent of whiskies from the early 20th century. Using no filtration or colouring,
