The aromas are generous in fruit, blackcurrant, raspberry and blueberry notes. The mouth as the nose is elegant, greedy and fresh, with a nice length. To serve as an aperitif, slightly fresh, with a shortbread of parmesan with purple artichokes or a rack of lamb with thyme.
