At 27 inches in length, the links are small but substantial which, coupled with the high carat gold, gives the chain a pleasing heft. It closes with a toggle clasp, suggesting it was made after 1950 (although I rather suspect that the clasp, being 14 carat, has been added to a much older chain). Era: Mid Century, circa 1950 Weight: 9. 4 grams Length: 27 inches Marks: None, tested as 18ct gold with 14ct
