18th Century TOBACCO LEAF' SAUCEBOAT Qianlong period, circa 1760-1780 Chinese export Denizot" and "JME" (Jurande Menuisiers-Ébénistes)18th Century TOBACCO LEAF' SAUCEBOAT Qianlong period, circa 1760 1780 Painted in rich enamels to the interior with brightly colored serrated leaves in underglaze blue, lime green, iron red and pink with gilt highlights, and interspersed with hibiscus and pinwheel octa foil composite flowerheads, the exterior similarly painted and with a pouring spout at one end and a simple loop handle at the other. Condition: Good, fritting to handle. Small hairline.
