One Bad Man Grenache Noir '22 Stellenbosch Faithful to natureNamed for Tommaso, Angelo's badass Italian bestie who taught him how to shake a mean martini and helped make the first three vintages of this juicy, Spanish style Grenache. Fruit from an organic ferricrete vineyard in Bot River was destemmed and layered with the stems in open fermenters for spontaneous fermentation with light pumpovers. Once the fermentation had naturally ceased, Angelo pressed the juice and let it settle overnight before transferring
