SANSSOUCI CABERNET SAUVIGNON sku_1254535-2 dark fruit aromasThis wine is 100% cabernet sauvignon from the Pays d'Oc appellation in Languedoc. The fruit was all destemmed prior to the long, cool fermentation in open vats. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged for six months (10% in oak) before bottling.
