this wine has perfectly balanced acidity and an addicting finish

then transferred to a former oloroso Sherry cask and finished in used Cabernet Sauvignon barriques-this Scotch would be an outstanding dessert accompaniment too

however we fermented seven percent of the wine in new French oak barrels for complexity

Pratsch Rose 2018 Color:Rose He has employed a fairA delicate and dry Rose featuring aromas and flavors of wild strawberries, peach and pear backed by crisp, refreshing acidity. A gentle nose reveals hints of strawberry and lemon. The palate comes in with some spritz that makes this even more refreshing and seemingly lighter than it already is. The dry finish brims with lovely, tart red currant.
