Fowey Valley 5 Year Cider Brandy 25cl 12x200ml fresh fruitiness on the palateLaid down in new, small, medium toasted, European Oak barrels for more than five years. After being aged in oak, it really comes into its own. This is where it becomes what, in France would be termed Calvados but here it is called Cider Brandy. Golden amber in colour with dark chocolate & toffee on the nose. On the palate caramel and a hint of liquorice & pepper with a long warm finish. Perfect on it's own or with an accompliment of choice.
