Our arrows are vintage pieces hand have been gently restored to original authenticity

Their design was inspired by the defensive shields once used by the hunters and warriors of the Tikar tribe of Cameroon

Each shelf is hand-crafted and hand-finished with natural plasters that are sourced from the dolomite region of Italy and coloured with natural pigments

to make them waterproof

Bamun Shield Small 09 Our arrows are vintage piecesThese Bamun shields originate from fighting shields used by warriors and are hand carved by the Bamun people of Cameroon from indigenous wood. The geometric patterns carved on the shields were designed to create confusion when fighting. Nowadays, the shields are used in dances during ceremonies and rituals. Stand is included. Please note stands may have minor imperfections.
