Klinker Brick 1850 Degree 2017 Bottle:12 making the wines sweeter than1850 is a unique Lodi red wine blend designed by our winemaker and is comprised of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Petite Sirah and 10% Old Vine Zinfandel. With aromatics of black currant, raspberry, red licorice, eucalyptus with just a hint of black pepper, the wine has an enticing aroma. On the palate, dense layers of raspberries and stone fruit are coupled with cinnamon and spice. 1850, is the temperature at which a Klinker Brick is fired.
