Coffee has been part of the farms story for decades, and since taking over in 2005, producer Jaime Cardenas has continued the work started by his father, keeping the focus on careful cultivation and steady quality. Cherries are picked by hand and taken straight to the farms small wet mill, where fermentation begins the same day. This lot
