Distilled in 2012, matured for 10 years in ex bourbon barrels and bottled in 2022. Bottled at 46%. Nose: Sweet cream and vanilla pods leading into fresh pastry with a burst of citrus, apples and coconut. Palate: An unmistakable maritime profile enveloped in sweet spices, caramel and honey oats.
