Remhoogte ‘Free to Be’ | Skin-Contact Chenin | 13% Northern Shakers Cocktails texture and quiet opulenceThis is Remhoogtes orange wine, these are the same grapes from the Honeybunch wine, just undergoing a different winemaking approach. It is left to ferment on the skins of the white Chenin Blanc grapes (2 weeks instead of 12 hours), giving it more texture and grip in the mouth. Its also oak barrelled so the wine could develop and mature before bottling. It is less golden than its Honeybunch sister and has a specific haze due to the contact with the
