Sitting high on granite soils, the site enjoys a genuinely cool climate that suits Riesling's natural drive and precision. This is a taut, energetic white with aromas of lime, lemon and green apple lifted by delicate floral notes and a hint of crushed stone. Wild yeast fermentation and a period on
