MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Waist 26" Hips 39" Length 22 3 4" The waistband has a black material added to it to strengthen it. I believe this was a period addition as the side has also been taken in slightly. There are a few stains (I have not attempted to clean it). The zipper has some corrosion tarnishing. Small hole on the bottom hem.
