It was established in 2019 by a group of friends who were passionate about craft beer and wanted to create a relaxed, welcoming space in which to enjoy it. The building in which Mountain Culture now resides has had a rich history. It was built in 1912 in Katoomba and, for many years, was home to the local paper, 'The Echo'. It later purportedly
