The box itself is a bit unusual and built slightly different than the typical Verbandkasten. The paint seems to be the original color which is reminiscent of the paint used inside of armored vehicles. I have not seen one before with these latches and handle. Perhaps a Luftschutz version? Most of the contents are wartime. The Deutsches Rotes Kreuz armband is early DDR. Bandages
