The vintage milk can was the foundation of the painting and I so enjoyed painting it to look antique, by utilizing a palette knife and scraping the "rusty" paint layers across the canvas. The flowers filling the bucket are a variety of colorful florals including delphinium, snapdragons, hydrangeas, garden roses and cabbage roses. there are even a few small blue flowers inspired
