Stetson - Oceanus Nostar The Stan Boot runs bigStetson's Oceanus Wide Brim Wool Felt Fedora Hat is part of their Seeker collection. Made in the USA with a stiff build, the Oceanus' stand out features are the crown adornments. At the base, we have a grosgrain ribbon band. Two hand dyed silk cord bands have been twisted together and placed on top of the grosgrain ribbon, completing the multi layered hat band. A sleek and delicate feather has been slipped into a grosgrain ribbon cross piece and
