Hyde No.5 14yo a little deeply caramelised appleHyde No. 5 is a 6yo triple distilled, single grain Irish whiskey matured in ex bourbon casks and finished for 6 months in toasted burgundy red wine casks. As is common nowadays for several Irish whiskey brands, Hyde do not have their own distillery but source their whiskey from other Irish producers (in this case, Cooley). Only 5,000 bottles produced, bottled in May 2017. Non chillfiltered and bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 750ml) Nose: Spiced with
