Parisa underlay small split to top leftA 1930s to 1940s Sarouk Mahal rug from the Arak area in western Persia. On the pink ground are orange, red, duck egg blue, all surrounded by a navy blue border. Robust construction with one fringed and one woven end. Slight wear to the base but generally good condition. 150 x 103cm
