There is some fraying of the adjustable leather strap and one side of the basket top has come loose and has been tied back together with fishing wire (please note photo #4)

with a chip at a corner of the scalloped part of the rim and a surface crack that follows from the chip along the inside and bottom of the bowl

There are no cracks but both have some chipping along the rims

Antique Yuan Style Jar / Zhadou / Chinese Porcelain Pot There is some fraying ofThis Chinese porcelain hand painted pot was most likely made in the late Qing Dynasty. You can see the natural straw marks and imperfections from being fired so long ago where the environment was not so controlled. While made during the Qing Dynasty, its bulbous shape suggests it was crafted in the Yuan Dynasty style. It is a beautiful and rare piece of history!
