Period appropriate (could be 1940s 1960s), this stoneware krug has a nice, classic look. Decent, useable condition. There is a slight hairline crack near and on the handle (still holding up well). The rim shows some wear. Great for events instead of farby bottles. This is a krug, not a stein. Stein is what English speakers and tourists say. In German a stein is a stone, and is
