Some have address labels stuck on and there are some rips

Inside one pocket was even two pieces of extra fabric for future repairs (I have seen this with German dresses before)

It is in good used condition with some wear

It does have the small inside pocket at the neck opening and the original ties at the neck

These existed before, during and after the war, so I am unsure when this is from. In fairly good condition with some light wear and slight dents. It has a rubber gasket in nice shape. Just needs a little cleaning.
