Madeira, Sauternes and Marsala are all at home with dessert, and they bring succulence, preserved fruit notes and honeyed character to the underlying meaty sweetness of Balmenach. To this, we have layered in malt whisky from the Linkwood Distillery, aged in Palo Cortado
