Urbanity (Print Only) Borders & Matting:Full Bleed But if it has toI have been a printmaker for 20 years. This piece is part of a series called "Acrylic Challenge" . I was challenged by a fellow artist to create works in a new medium. Unlike printmaking, acrylic paints dry extremely fast, are higher in viscosity than printing ink and the colors are more vibrant. I brought my printmaker's sensibility to this medium, using geometric shapes, lines and bold colors. It was a good experience and wonderful challenge.
